A importância da Educação Sexual abrangente e adaptada à idade

Dessa forma, através das atividades são abordados temas como a violência sexual, violação de direitos do público infanto-juvenil, exploração sexual, dentre outras temáticas com o intuito de aproximar e ampliar as experiências, o conhecimento e as trocas, despertando em cada indivíduo a sua própria identidade, além de reforçar as relações familiares, a socialização e a vivência em comunidade. Novas pesquisas podem ser feitas, ampliando o foco de análise e comparando, por exemplo, práticas de educação sexual nacionais e internacionais, a fim de identificar as estratégias utilizadas em outros países que possam auxiliar na fundamentação de futuras políticas públicas nacionais. Soma-se a isso a abordagem médico-informativa que marcou o início das atividades de educação sexual na história do Brasil e segue encontrando espaço para ser trabalhada nas escolas, por se tratar de uma estratégia importante de saúde coletiva, mas também por seu caráter de controle e abstenção das práticas sexuais. Essa modalidade de intervenção ganha força ancorada na prevenção de doenças sexualmente transmissíveis, principalmente HIV/AIDS, e nos altos índices de gestação na adolescência (ALTMANN, 2001; FIGUEIRÓ, 2010; NARDI; QUARTIERO, 2012). Outra questão que deve ser observada pelo psicólogo que atua no CREAS é que diante de casos de violência sexual intrafamiliar, e mesmo o agressor sendo penalizado judicialmente, essa condição não impede que o mesmo também receba atendimento psicossocial. Embora, muitas vezes, seja um desafio para o psicólogo trabalhar com as duas vertentes de um mesmo caso, ele jamais poderá atuar com o agressor de forma punitiva e/ou acusatória. Pelo exposto, os serviços públicos relacionados aos direitos socioassistenciais são prestados de forma integrada e articulada, sendo responsabilidade dos profissionais garantirem a efetividade da assistência social como política pública, prevenir situações de vulnerabilidade social, bem como, fazer encaminhamentos de acordo com cada situação e caso analisado. Trata-se, portanto, de um problema social grave, complexo e evidente na sociedade brasileira, além de ser um ato cruel e criminoso, que pode causar sequelas não somente no corpo, mas também, na saúde psíquica da vítima, trata-se ainda de uma das formas mais evidentes de violação de direitos dessas pessoas que, devem ser resguardadas de todo e qualquer tipo de violência (FIGUEIREDO, 2018).

Houve, de fato, uma intensa valorização do sexual e a sociedade brasileira visualizava explicitamente e experimentava novos comportamentos trazidos pela liberalização da sexualidade. Muitos livros foram publicados e muitas editoras conceituadas se empenharam para que obras de conceituados autores brasileiros e estrangeiros alcançassem várias edições.

A importância da educação sexual na escola

De acordo com o Anuário Brasileiro de Segurança Pública 2018, publicado pelo Fórum Brasileiro de Segurança Pública, em 76% dos casos de estupro de vulnerável (quando a vítima tem menos de 14 anos), o agressor é um parente ou amigo próximo da família da criança e/ou adolescente, e na maioria das vezes o crime é cometido em ambiente familiar. Aqueles que embasam a prática da Educação Sexual, em alguma medida, o fazem de maneira mais sutil e subjetiva que nos dois governos anteriores e ela aparece diluída dentro do discurso da diversidade, palavra que se tornou esvaziada uma vez que passou a ser utilizada como maneira de não comprometimento com pautas específicas. Nos PCNEM, cuja finalidade é contribuir para o diálogo entre docentes do Ensino Médio e escola sobre a prática docente, a Educação Sexual aparece nos volumes 1 – Linguagem, Código e suas Tecnologias e 2 – Ciências da Natureza, Matemática e suas Tecnologias. Outros documentos do período que fazem referência à Educação Sexual, seja direta ou indiretamente, foram o Referencial Curricular Nacional para a Educação Infantil – vol. 1, 2 e 3, as Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais para o Ensino Fundamental e as Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais do Ensino Médio, todos publicados em 1998. Ainda, em 2001, foram publicados a Declaração e Plano de Ação de Durban e o Plano Nacional de Educação – PNE.

É o caso das Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais para a Educação Escolar Quilombola na Educação Básica (2012), que já a contemplam em seu propósito de ser, uma vez que buscam integrar crianças e jovens de comunidades tradicionais ao sistema de Educação, garantido o respeito a sua identidade. As questões de gênero e sexualidade também aparecem de maneira explícita no documento, no sentido de respeito à diversidade sexual e superação de práticas LGBTfóbicas e sexistas nas escolas. A educação sexual amparada no resgate histórico e cultural também sustenta a abordagem definida como emancipatória ou libertadora, que reconhece a tal estratégia como instrumento de busca de felicidade e transformação dos padrões de relacionamento sexual. Nesse entendimento, o educador não deve limitar-se ao conhecimento de informações científicas descontextualizadas da realidade em que vivem os sujeitos. Aproximadamente vinte anos após a publicação dessas orientações, questionam-se a realização e efetividade de práticas voltadas à sexualidade, uma vez que pesquisas sobre comportamentos sexuais de adolescentes evidenciam que esse público tem colocado sua saúde em risco (ESPADA; MORALES; ORGILÉS, 2014; GONZÁLEZ et al., 2010; OLIVEIRA; BÉRIA; SCHERMANN, 2014). Por exemplo, estima-se que a iniciação sexual precoce, com idade aproximada aos 15 anos, está associada ao menor uso de preservativo, aumento da frequência de relações sexuais, número de parceiros e, consequentemente, à maior vulnerabilidade às doenças sexualmente transmissíveis e gestações não planejadas (ESPADA; MORALES; ORGILÉS, 2014; GONZÁLEZ et al., 2010; TEIXEIRA et al., 2006).
